What data we collect

Only the data you enter in the contact form yourself: name, email, phone (optional) and the text of your message.

What we use it for

to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote;
for correspondence about a future or ongoing project.

The legal basis is your consent and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We do not send marketing messages and do not share your data with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Up to 2 years after our last correspondence, unless we sign a contract — in that case according to the statutory retention periods for documents.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. Only if you click “Accept” in the banner do we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for up to 2 years and may transfer data to the USA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. IP addresses are not stored.
